Accessing the Multi File Importer

The Multi File Importer is a tool integrated in DMSforLegal with the purpose of importing multiple files into the DMSforLegal environment. Users can not only import multiple files simultaneously, but also import current folder trees to maintain structure and make the workflow more efficient.

1. Open the Outlook client.
2. Right click on the matter where the files need to be imported to.
3. Click on Import Files.
   
4. The Multi File Importer will open in a new dialogue box.
