Refresh Folders

DMSforLegal uses a queue mechanism to transport email from Outlook to SharePoint, this feature causes delays in delivery and therefore it can be useful to refresh a folder when looking for specific content.

  1. Select a folder in the DMSforLegal tree
  2. Press F5 to refresh the contents of a folder, or Right click on the folder and select Reset View and then Refresh.
