Users can subscribe to other users. When subscribed, all projects and sites linked to the selected user will be available within the DMSforLegal tree. Subscribing to a specific user is especially helpful for support staff. When a user subscribes to a project under another user, that user will automatically be subscribed to the project as well.
Subscribe to User
- Right click on My Matters on the DMSforLegal tree.
- Select Subscribe to user to open the Subscribe to user dialogue box
- Enter user or keyword(s) into the text field labeled Name and click Search.
4. Select user to subscribe to from the displayed list. Select more than one user with multi-select (hold down control key).
5. Click OK.
