Epona is proud to announce with great excitement to all our clients and vendors, that MAIN Capital Partners has taken a majority stake in our company.  This investment by MAIN enables Epona to expand our operations, software development team, and grow faster in the rapidly developing legal technology market.

This change should enhance our abilities to serve our clients, expand our footprint in the industry, and develop better products and bring them to market faster.  We are extremely excited and expect the benefits of this change to positively impact our clients and vendors very soon.
